The goal is to stop avoidable risk while still letting the business get value from AI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The biggest risks we see before Copilot and agents go live<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Over-shared data becomes easier to find<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many businesses have documents that are technically accessible to too many people, even if nobody has noticed. If 80 staff save just two hours per week, that is a major productivity gain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But during readiness checks, several issues appear. Old SharePoint sites still contain archived client documents. Some project folders are shared with broad internal groups. Guest users from previous projects still have access.
