For this to work, you will need a paid OpenAI account with credit to call the API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-creating-a-text-to-speech-power-app-using-openai-whisper\">Creating a Text-to-Speech Power App Using OpenAI Whisper<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The following screenshot shows what the application looks like. The API Key allows us to programmatically access the OpenAI service.
